Weight can vary with timing, hydration, menstrual changes, food intake and other factors. A short period with little change on the scale does not automatically tell the whole story.
Look at the pattern
Use a consistent measurement routine and review the pattern with your dietitian. A single reading can be less useful than a series collected in similar circumstances.
Bring your real week to the review
Discuss sleep, appetite, meal patterns, movement and anything that changed in your routine. Sharing an honest picture helps your team adapt the plan without making assumptions.
Avoid a sudden restrictive reset
Skipping meals or sharply cutting food can make a routine harder to maintain. Ask your dietitian what, if anything, needs to change before revising the plan yourself.
Review beyond weight
Your team may discuss consistency, measurements, strength or energy as part of your progress. New symptoms or unexplained weight changes need medical attention.
