Using Thedietco
Thedietco provides personalized nutrition guidance and health-coach support after assessment. Services support your wellbeing goals and do not replace diagnosis, medical treatment or emergency care. Continue prescribed treatment and consult your clinician about medical needs.
Accounts and age
Accounts are for adults aged 18 or older. A parent or guardian must manage a child’s program. Use accurate contact information and protect your password. Phone numbers are used as login identifiers but are not verified by OTP. Contact our team if you cannot access your account; we verify identity before an administrative recovery.
Online services and location
Programs are delivered online by our team in India for customers across India. Tell us your country and time zone so we can confirm suitability, service availability and appointment times. Our headquarters are in Bhopal. Consultations are delivered online.
Programs and payment
Package inclusions, durations and GST-inclusive INR totals are shown on the pricing page at purchase. All public plans are priced in Indian rupees (INR), inclusive of GST. The website does not add an extra fee to the displayed program total. Any bank fees outside the displayed program total are controlled by your bank. A program begins on the date payment is confirmed unless the team records a different agreed start. Elite 3 months includes 90 days of active support followed by 30 days of maintenance. Premium continues towards the goal agreed after assessment, followed by three months of maintenance. Three dietitian sessions are included per purchased package; ongoing follow-ups and chat follow the stated support window. Renewal or upgrades require a separate confirmed order.
Support and movement
Chat support is offered during a daily eight-hour service window confirmed at onboarding. It is not 24-hour or emergency care. Where included, select one movement option: yoga, workout or Pilates. Your team confirms schedule and suitability. Inform your dietitian and coach about changes in health, medication or activity.
Results and refunds
Results differ according to individual circumstances. We do not guarantee a fixed kilogram loss or medical outcome. The 14-day money-back guarantee applies only to Premium and is governed by the refund policy. Basic and Elite do not include this guarantee. An accepted refund ends the relevant paid program access.
Tools and AI
BMI is a screening calculation. The biological Biological Age Calculator is an illustrative lifestyle reflection, not a validated biological-age test. Generated recipes and activity ideas are general suggestions; they are not clinician-reviewed personal prescriptions. Do not submit identifying or sensitive medical information to the AI tools.
Your material
Only upload material you are entitled to share. Diet plans and private files are intended for your own program use. Do not attempt to access another person’s account, plan or consultation slot.
